We want you to love your skincare! If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare products unless they are defective.

If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a refund, replacement as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Processing & Shipping Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 days, depending on your location and stock levels. Some products may be out of stock at time of ordering, and may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. We will let you know if there is such a delay. 

Shipping is flat rate of $10 throughout Auckland, New Zealand. Shipping waived for orders over $150. Currently only shipping only offered for Auckland, New Zealand.
