Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare products unless they are defective.

If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a refund, replacement as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Processing & Shipping Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 days, depending on your location and stock levels. Shipping is flat rate of $10 throughout Auckland, New Zealand. Shipping waived for orders over $150. Currently only shipping only offered for Auckland, New Zealand.
